Taoist
Yoga
Taoist Yoga or QiGong (Chi Kung) is a
meditative physical art that involves still postures, gentle movement, and
active relaxation techniques. Similar to Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan),
but simpler and more internal in it’s techniques. It is a powerful modality for
self-healing and self-development. The concept and philosophy of Yin and
Yang will be discussed, and Tai Chi Ch’uan movements, form, and exercises will
also be learned and practiced. Open to all levels, 11 years and
older. Wear loose clothing.
